Bruce and Kris enjoyed a missionary dentistry trip to the Dominican Republic in 1975, and in July 1999 they spent two weeks in Ecuador with their children Andrew (1978) and Sarah (1979) on a mission with Medical Ministry International. They also went with MMI to Honduras in 2004. In 2006-2009 the office did four annual free dentistry clinics with many volunteers. These two days mission programs each February called Dentistry With A Heart were the office’s Valentine’s gift back to our community. In 2010 Bruce and Kris will do another MMI mission in Bolivia. Bruce Fletcher also volunteers with the New Britain Oral Health Collaborative organized to bring dentistry to the underserved children of Greater New Britain.
