Payment and Insurance

Payment for treatment is due at the time service is rendered unless other prior arrangements are made. Where indicated, definite financial arrangements can be developed to meet certain situations and treatment plans. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also have a payment plan called CareCredit that allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time. With CareCredit you will enjoy these benefits:

  • You can make monthly payments as low as 3% of the outstanding balance
  • Credit decision usually takes a few minutes
  • No annual fees or prepayment penalties.

Insurance policies provide some but rarely total reimbursement for dental treatment, but as a convenience to you, our office will submit charges to your insurance carrier and help you receive the maximum benefits allowed by your insurance plan.

Currently we are a participating provider with Delta Dental Premier, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and United HealthCare, but we work with nearly every plan that allows freedom to visit the dentist of your choice.

Our office also can provide a complimentary insurance benefits check for you.
