Appointments

Since we firmly believe in the value of your time and dislike keeping you waiting, we strive to be on time. Occasionally, dental emergencies or unusually complicated cases may cause unforeseen delays. We will attempt to reach you if a delay affects your appointment.

Respect for each other’s time is important in our dental practice. Being here, ready and on time should be the goal for the patient, dentist and hygienist. An appointment written in our schedule with your name on it is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for that appointment. Missing your reserved and confirmed dental prevention visit hurts three- you, this office and other waiting patients. We are aware that occasionally unexpected problems can arise to make it impossible to keep your appointment, but we want you to know it matters. When we have 48 hours of advanced notification, we can arrange short notice scheduling with waiting patients. We expect each patient to be responsible for keeping his appointments.
